Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) or personal care items.
Non-Returnable Items Include:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments)
2. Return Process

- Prepare Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories that came with it.
- Ship the Item Back: We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on where to send the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect your item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Once your return is approved:
- Full Refunds are issued for items returned in their original, unused condition.
- Partial Refunds may apply for items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error).

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
8. Shipping Policy for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If eligible for free returns, we will provide a pre-paid return label. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
